Condition: Good (G+)


Text block very clean with light toning and very sporadic very minor foxing. Some minor marks on spines and boards. Most boards attached with minor wear to joints and hinges. Both boards of volume five detached. Front board of volume eighteen mostly detached, very loosely attached at the top. Front joint of volume twenty broken (board attached). Minor rubbing and marks on boards. Minor hole in the leather on the front board of volume one (only going through the leather and not the board behind it - pictured). Dulling to page edges. Shelf wear. Pencil ownership inscriptions on sporadic pages (do not affect text). Very minor yellow tinge to the page edges of the first few pages in volume two. Pastedown / preliminary very lightly torn in volume five. Minor yellow residue on rear pastedown in volume five. Very minor pencil marks in the margins in volumes seven, ten, fifteen, and sixteen. Ink stains to the bottom page edges to volume nine and eleven (shows on the bottoms of the pages but does not affect text).
