Condition: Very Good (VG / VG+)

Text block extremely clean with very minor toning, and very sporadic very minor foxing and marks. Minor rubbing to spine. Gilt shows well. Minor damage to headcap. Both boards attached with minor wear to joints and hinges. Very minor scuffing and marks on boards. Minor damage to corners. Shelf wear. Very minor marks on page edge. Bookplate attached to front pastedown. Pen and pencil inscriptions on preliminaries. Light toning and minor foxing on endpapers. Minor stains on corner of the frontispiece and all eight plates. Light toning and very minor marks on title page.
