Contained within are thirty-nine plates and a frontispiece depicting biblical scenes such as Eve tempting Adam, Moses breaking the tablet, Goliah slain by David, the vision of Jeremiah, the coming of Christ, and Anointing of Christ.

Plates are dated, ranging from 1812 to 1814.

Includes a large letter from 1866.

Condition: Good / Very Good (G+ / VG-)

Minor wear to spine. Both boards securely attached with minor wear to joints and hinges. Minor scuffing and scratches on boards. Damage to tail (bottom of the spine). Very minor foxing and marks on page edges. Minor damage to corners. 'Universal and Continuous Concert of Prayer' attached to front pastedown. Ownership inscriptions dated from 1808 to 1893 on preliminary page. Minor foxing on frontispiece. Very minor foxing on title page. Text block is overall very clean with very minor foxing. A small handful of pages have prominent toning and/or foxing. Some damp stains on preliminaries, frontispiece, and from the third epistle of John to rear pastedown (about 17 leafs including one plate which has very very small coverage of the illustration). Very smalll tear on page labelled Chapter XIX, Benjamite. Very small tear to the plate labelled ' The Angel Appears to Joshua, Joshua Chap. V. Ver.15' (does not affect illustration). Very good repair to the plate labelled 'Genesis Chap. XL. V. S.' (does not affect illustration). Very minor tear to page labelled Chapter 3 Apocrypha.
