Text block extremely clean with light toning and very rare very sporadic very minor marks. Minor rubbing and minor mark on spine. Tooled label present and gilt shows well. Minor damage to headcap. Minor damage to tail (bottom of the spine). Both boards securely attached. Very minor scuffing to the front board. Prominent scuffing to the rear board. Minor wear to corners. Dulling to page edges. Binder's sticker attached to front pastedown. Light toning and very minor marks on preliminaries. Charles Dickens stamp attached to preliminary page with very minor tear. Light toning and very minor tear to frontispiece of 'A History of England'. Light toning, very minor pencil mark, and very minor tear on title page of 'A History of England'. Light toning and very minor marks to the frontispiece and title page of 'American Notes and Pictures from Italy'.
